Suguna Polytechnic College is established under Suguna Charitable Trust founded in the year 1973 by the leading industrialist Shri G Ramasamy. The College is located at Nehrunagar near the International Airport Coimbatore City-641014. It is an ISO 9001 certified institution and NBA accreditated.
The college was established in order to meet the emerging industrial need for qualified manpower and provide adequate facilities for training youth to become efficient, skillful technicians and engineers.

Objectives

Students will be able to design, develop, document and test software using current techniques and modern software tools.
- Write effective procedural code & Object Oriented Programming Principles effectively for small to medium sized Projects.
- Successful implementation of teamwork behavior and policies in a large class of Projects.
- Students should be able to understand the Computer Viruses and how to protect their Computer.
- Students can make a web based system to manage inventory details of the department of Computer Science.
- Students will demonstrate a breadth of knowledge in Computer Science, as exemplified in the areas of systems, theory and software development.
- Graduates will be successfully employed in the Computing Profession or will be actively Pursuing Advanced Degree in Computer or a related discipline.
